Beau discovered that he could destory the flowers with this stick, and that it was a ton of fun.
I’m taking full advantage of it by dropping him off, then coming back to organize our new place. It’s like nesting on steroids. My goals for these next three days are to unpack all the things, try a new recipe everyday, find the closest Trader Joe’s to our new place, and take several naps. Oh, and think about packing a hospital bag seeing as next Wednesday I’ll be FULL TERM!
Four of the guys on Southey’s team at work have pregnant wives that are all due within a month of each other. Everyone got together and bought the babies lots of goodies. He’s only been working with these people for about a month so we didn’t really expect anything from them, but I’m so impressed with how thoughtful the gifts were. Seriously, look at that embroidered bag with Maverick’s name on it…too cute.
We moved into our new place today. I’m exhausted. We’ve got some serious baby-proofing to do, but the thought of unpacking anything tonight seems insane. Also, we won’t have internet until June 6th. Luckily that doesn’t effect Beau’s ability to take photobooth pics of himself.
Nicole hand made some tie-dyed shirts for Beau, I like this one the best because it is a nice cross between bleeding gunshot wound and shark bite victim.

A few weeks ago we went strawberry picking with Beau’s cousins and while he still won’t eat a strawberry, he did enjoy sprinting down the rows, as pictured here.
he’s a big fan of the ipad.
